I have a cyst too. I think castor oil on some cotton rounds would be good to apply and leave there. As for the sinusitis, I would try grapefruit seed extract nasal spray. Or use the saline kit with the spray bottle and add a capful of oregano juice (not the oil). Oregano kills anything fungal.
