I have Ecoli sinus infection so I have been slicing 5 garlics cloves and placing them in 1/4 organic apple cider vinegar with two cups of water on the stove I let it boil and then turn the stove off I'm super careful and let the steam go into my ears and into my sinuses. I used the same water and dilute it down with distilled water and put it my neti pot to rinse the sinus. Apparently garlic and apple cide vinegar both kills Ecoli.
