Why is my urine orange

Trying to find out what is causing my urine to be orange, not related to vitamins, nor food, or any drugs. I also am dealing with a fatty liver. Only drink water and tons of it with lemon essential oil from doterra and have just added juniper berry to support the kidney. I do have severe back pain, which is telling me my kidneys are not happy.

Maybe blood in the urine from kidney or bladder infection? Look at UTI remedies on this site.

You should immediately consult a doctor. I got treatment for my urine infection from Texan Urgent Care.
