Why am i having acute pain and cold feeling in legs after working out

Posted By Chelsea (Queens) on 05/15/2015

Hey guys...quick question....I've noticed that everytime I have an active day (sports etc) I have this very weird sensation on my legs.....they are very painful to the point where I could hardly walk and also, I have the strangest "cold feeling" (that's the best I can explain the feeling) that would last for hours sometimes. It's very uncomfortable and scary sometimes. Any idea why this happens....I am 18 years old. Thanks everyone and I'm hoping someone can help me with this....

C: This could be any number of things, so the method is kinda a general broad or blanket approach of restoration, which should occur readily at your age (given correct treatments). First two areas to address is possible mineral deficiencies, and second is possible chronic infection.

First, be sure to drink a sports drink rich in electrolytes before, during, and after workouts. Also, throw out processed salt and replace w/ Iodized Sea Salt. Epsom Salts hot baths 1/4 cup plus Borax 1/4 cup will help mineralization, detox, and antifungal or anti-mycoplasma. Take this mineral bath at least once a week.

Also for possible chronic infection, take garlic & Oregon Grape in the evening, and Oregano & Neem in the morning.

If you are eating a regular diet of highly processed foods or colas w/ artificial additives like Aspartame, you will need to temporarily discontinue as to determine any bad side effects.

A high quality Women's Multivitamin/Mineral supplement will help. An excellent metabolic & immune enhancing nutrient DMG has lots of potential here. Take all supplements as recommended on labels.

C: You are welcome and I/we hope to hear updates on your results.

And I forgot to mention, do you use alcoholic beverages or drinks regularly. This could be a problem especially if you also use diet colas that contain aspartame. Incomplete alcohol detox can result in aldehyde toxicity and acidosis.
