Which Doctor Is Best to Diagnose Squamous Cell Carcinoma?

Two or three months ago I noticed a few pimples formed on my arm and just stayed - I didn't pick at them. Today I noticed some more on my upper arm and one on my chest that was itchy. After looking things up - it seems to be squamous cell carcinoma and I feel a little scared - how do I know for sure? molescan or dermatologist? I am going to try out the cures listed here also.
