Hi Connie...You can find my candida protocol at this link. This is the most up to date protocol. You should be able to copy or download it without problems.
I would also perhaps add either undecanoic acid(same as undecylenic acid) or Gymnema sylvestre tea to your protocol. Take the GS tea three times a day and take the UA twice a day. These particular nutrients will usefully act to inhibit candida morphing into its more virulent and difficult-to-cure fungal form. The local yeast form is much easier to cure.
