How old are you, if above 30 years old, ask for a blood test.
I'm 34 now, but when I was 30 I was having problems down there now and then, I starting losing my eye sight, went for eye test, they sent me to hospital, had an MRI scan and found out I had a tumour on my pituitary gland. So keep a check, good luck.
