What Vitamins Should I Take to Prevent Cavities?

Posted By Zuri (Wisconsin) on 11/15/2015

I have a few cavities and one tooth that has noticeable decay and pain and I absolutely despise the dentist so I have been researching what vitamins to take, what toothpaste to use, oil pulling , etc.

I have many different vitamins, but I do not know how much I should take or if I can or cannot take certain ones together.

Here is what I have:

I have Vitamin D3 5000 IU, I have K2 100 IU and I also have Cod Liver Oil and I have Vitamin C 500 MG.

I only have been taking Vitamin D because I havent been sure how much to take of any of the other ones, or if I need them all.

I have recently started brushing my teeth with Sensodyne and I oil pull with cold pressed organic coconut oil and I often brush my teeth with Activated Charcoal.

I have seen a slight difference in my teeth color and a very slight difference in my decay, I see that it has healed a little bit, but not as much as I would like to see.
