What to do for poor immune system

Posted By Kadybet (Beaver, Wv, Usa) on 10/11/2010

I am a 52 year old female. I have had hip bypass surgery in both hips, have had thyroid removed for cancer, and have rheumatoid arthritis and colitis. I stay exhausted all the time. I think it may be an immunity problem, does anyone have suggestions for a remedy to help with these types of problems? I take high blood pressure meds, depression meds thyroid and cholesterol meds too.

To improve your immune system take epicor 1500 mg tab per day, it can be bought at a health food store or online. great stuff and not expensive.

I came across this forum which sheds some more info. On Epicor vs other immune boosters such as MGN3 and AHCC. I've recommended AHCC because of the research behind it. The evidence behind Epicor is still mostly anecdotal.. Though it could prove to be very effective. I don't find any of them to be inexpensive however... see this link: http://www.imminst.org/forum/topic/23262-ahcc-vs-mgn-3biobranpeakimmune4rice-bran-arabinoxylan-compound/

I have just started taking AHCC in the past week and waiting to see the benefits after a few weeks/months. Has anyone seen beneficial results with taking AHCC?
