It is best to avoid the accumulative effects of radiation when possible... Though keeping things in perspective.. You get the same amount of radiation from 30 hours of high altitude flying as you do in one chest x-ray. Please look into Chlorophyll, Broccoli, Mustard Greens, Darker green vegetables, Barley grass juice, Wheat-grass and Alfalfa. Most chlorophyll you can buy is made from Alfalfa. You can also find studies of these Green vegetables/grasses and rejuvenation of cells and tissues.
