I discussed this with my doctor in the past and was told you can have a titer done to determine if you already have immunity to certain diseases. The university accepted a titer proving immunity to chicken pox when my college aged child applied for admission and we avoided an unnecessary vaccination.
I have read articles by neurosurgeon Dr. Russell Blaylock with lists of supplements to take before and after vaccination.
Best wishes to you, Margaret!

Margaret, Australia; I steer clear of any vaccines, I don't trust them. If you wish to clear an old or recent injection site, simply mix up bentonite clay into a paste, apply it to the injection site, first tape a piece of gauze in place, and then saran wrap it in place til it dries. And as it dries, it has the power to pull out any toxins left in the tissue. You may repeat at intervals to be sure you got it all if you wish......best wishes
