It doesn't really hurt just gives me the feeling as if something is in my throat, particularly when I breathe through my mouth or even speak it feels like it's flapping around. And since I'm prone to panic attacks I'm concerned about it getting so swollen that I won't be able to breathe, although I don't think that is a concern. Any suggestion would be appreciated, should I gargle with Apple Cider Vinegar again even though I feel it may have caused the irritation, or would it help if I water it down?
Thanks.....

Ingo my favorite germ killing-pain-all-round remedy for the throat is milk of magnesia - 1 oz or two, 1 or 2 oz spring water, 1/4 tsp sea salt, and either 1 or 2 drops 5% lugols iodine or 1 tsp collodial silver. Kills infection, soothes pain, and reduces swelling. I use bottles of milk of magneia that have a little left to make and is ready to use. when I need it I keep it by the sink. janetReplied by Janet (Indiana) on 01/18/2016

Mark, I wish I could say I had an answer for you. I am struggling with esophageal strictures myself.
But I was curious to know- why can't you get it stretched? I've had mine stretched three times this year, and I know a woman who is in her 70s who must get it done every two months. Certainly it is not pleasant and comes with risks, but for me, it allows me to eat without fear. For me, the next step would be steriods to try and reduce the inflammation, which I will be avoiding at all costs! I'd rather get it stretched every 6 months than take steroids constantly.
