N: First thing I would do is have an Hair Mineral Analysis to determine if you have harmful heavy metals like Arsenic, Mercury, Cadmium in your body/brain.

Also in the toxic category, a fungal infection is possible if not likely.

As for brain health I will list a few items worth using.

1. Ginkgo Biloba. Contains powerful antioxidants and increases circulation in the brain.

2. Chinese Skullcap. Contains powerful antioxidants that protect the brain.

3. Coconut Oil. Rich in Omega 9 fats that are used directly by the brain for fuel and is effective against fungal infections.

4. Flax Oil. A very healthy Omega 3 fat that has benefits throughout the body/brain.

5. Zinc/Copper/Vit-A taken together promote healing all about the body/brain.

Two herbs common to your region that you would benefit from are Turmeric and Neem.

Hope this helps and let us know how you are doing.
