What Other Herbs Can Be Used for Blood Purification?

Posted By Gift (Lusaka, Zambia) on 03/21/2012

Hello. My name is bupe translated Gift in western language. I read on your website how Hiv - Aids can be cured by a variety of herbs and a change of lifestle, including the herbs and foods in the subject area. My question is, does someone mix beetroot, beet leaves & carrots in a mixer raw as they are or boil them for immune booster? Also what other herbs can one use constantly for blood purification (which are readily available in zambia?) please help.

To Gift from Lusaka, Zambia whose question is "does someone mix beetroot, beet leaves & carrots in a mixer raw as they are or boil them for immune booster?"

These MUST be used in the raw state as it is the enzymes that have the desired effects and all enzymes in any vegetables are completely destroyed if heated to 100 degrees.

It is difficult for outsiders to answer your second question "Also what other herbs can one use constantly for blood purification (which are readily available in zambia?)" as most plants that seem to be common in Zambia do not seem to have names similar to plants elsewhere that have been studied in depth.

One herb that seems to be neglected world-wide for its antimicrobial properties is Olive Leaf and can be used as a dried powder of as Olive Leaf Extract.

To Gift/Bupe from Zambia, Red Clover Tops (Trifolium pratense (LINN.)) and Burdock Root (Arctium Lappa (LINN.)), are 2 of the best and fastest blood cleansers I know of.

You may be able to get these herbs from www.ebay.com and in my opinion it would be wise to get the seeds also and grow them where you are, so that you will have an ongoing supply.

Best of luck, Linda
