Lindalu... For blockage I'd add to the ACV...natural NOT synthetic Vitamin E..
Start at 200 and after a month increase to 400. Buy E at a health food store...not a drug store.
Also, I'd take two tablets of garlic...or two cloves of raw garlic.
Also a half Lemon in glass of water...six times daily
Cayenne pepper..two tablets daily with food.
Hawthorne caps ...2 per day.
N O sugar.

Hi Lindalu. Sorry about your heart situation. Here is a good suggestion that many people often forget when they have heart difficulties. You are probably have been taking soooo many meds that are leaching your magnesium levels because of their fluoride content hence you cannot get relief. Your heart muscles, arteries and veins are fatigued because they are not getting the proper nutrition. I would have my magnesium RBC's (red blood cells) checked (most MD's do not check this, they check serum magnesium). If you are not above 6.0, you are deficient. Your heart uses 40% of the magnesium in the body - and the American population is 80% deficient because of poor soil quality and big agri. Anyway, research this area of your body - most people are taking supplementation and do not understand that without proper magnesium, they are not absorbing essential nutrients to heal. Apple Cider Vinegar can help with the inflammation but for long term help, do research this one area. A proper liquid magnesium and magnesium oil on the body will help your heart heal. Magnesium pill supplementation is not absorbed properly therefore you will get the laxative effective. I cannot emphasize to everyone out there who has heart difficulty to get their magnesium RBC's checked and do your research.
Good Luck!

Cayenne pepper dissolves blood clots and, at the same time, stops hemorrhaging. I use the powdered and a straw. It is hot but very beneficial.
