It is usually due to issues with your eliminations. Get on a diet that makes you go to the bathroom often. For example, add figs, dates, cornmeal, etc.. Get a few good colonic's, or give yourself enemas. I know this is not what a man usually wants to do, but if you want to cure yourself, then that is what you should do. Stay away from cheeses, except for cottage cheese and cream cheese. I would also start using a natural laxative, such as Eno Salts or Fletcher's Castoria.
