Dear Lucena,
Is it possible that whatever you are using to wash your hands or dishes is the cause?
Did you have this problem before you were pregnant?
A salve made with comfrey, calendula, and/or plantain may help, if you could find it locally. Or if you would have access to any of those herbs, I could tell you how to make a salve for eczema.

Thank you, but where do I get these herbs from? I use gloves to wash dishes, and use diluted liquid pears soda to wash hands ... only have eczema on hands during pregnancy.Replied by Kt (Usa) on 09/04/2015
You could be having a reaction to the gloves. Just thought...Replied by Mama To Many (Tennessee) on 09/05/2015
Dear Lucena,
I don't know where they might be available where you live. I get mine from Mountain Rose Herbs, but shipping to you may be high.
Would you have chamomile? It can calm down many skin conditions. It may be available in tea bags in the grocery store. If so, moisten a tea bag and place on the eczema for 20 minutes a couple of times a day.
You might try some castor oil massaged into your hands overnight.
