What Can I Do to Reduce Breast Size?

Posted By Khatia (Mannheim, Germany) on 03/26/2012

I am 30 years old female and unmarried. I am hypothyriod, having very big breasts and slightly overweight. I am feeling very ashamed and awkward due to my big boobs. How can I reduce them to get normal size? Any suggestion and help please. Thanks in advance.

Khatia, try to rid the excess weight w/ lots of vit/min, stimulant herbs, and Apple Cider Vinegar. Get much excercise (a stationary bike would be good). Also maybe some inflammation going on so try an anti-inflammatory diet. Some women have opted for surgical reduction for permanent results. Hope this helps and good luck.

Forgot to mention Kelp and Tyrosine for the Thyroid and will also help reduce weight.

I agree with Timh. The best way to reduce breast size is to lose weight. More easily said than done I know. Especially with hypothyroid problems. From my past experience I know it is possible. I went from a 38E (165 lbs) to a 34 B (120 lbs) in a matter of 6 months when I was about your age and doing a program called "Body for Life". Lifting weights and doing cardio is what shifted my body composition around. I have always been large breasted so getting to a B cup was not comfortable for me. The last time I had been that small was in my pre teens:) I wasn't happy with the B cup so I stopped doing so many chest excersizes and have been able to bring myself back up to a D cup by doing more cardio and less chest excersizes. If you are naturally large you should be able to lose a few cup sizes but you may never be "small" breasted.

Another thing I would focus on is changing your hormone balance. You are most likely Estogen dominant. Try using some progesterone cream (wild yam) and taking a little extra zinc. This will tip your progesterone up so that the estrogen which gives women breasts will be more normally balanced.

Hi, Timh from Usa and Jen from Us, Thank you so much for your sound and helpful suggestions and advices. I am also determined to do some weight lifting exercises and taking Iodine in form of kelp or seaweeds. Your guidance gives me a new ray of hope. Thank you once again.

Khatia, you are very welcome and the best of luck on your new goals. If I might add at least one other nutrient for weight loss and to compliment the Kelp ---L-Tyrosine. Tyrosine will help rip the pounds off and boost your mood. Let us know your results, OK!!
