What can help with frequent urination

Posted By Vee (Texas, US) on 04/10/2015

I'm a female in my early 30s. If I drink any kind of fluid early in the morning, I have to urinate about every hour to an hour and a half throughout the day. Even if it is half a cup of cocoa (don't drink coffee) or if I drink too much milk along with my breakfast cereal, I'm urinating very often during the day. If I drink too much liquids late at night, I have this problem all day the next day. My job requires me sitting at a computer all day long, so I'm not very active during the day. For the past few years I almost drink no fluids during the working hours, which I'm sure is not very healthy. But it does happen anyway, about less than once a week. Any tips or suggestions? I take ACV on the regular.

Thanks, the info was quite helpful. This isn't the first resource that I've seen where Kegel exercises were mentioned as a solution. For those who may want to watch the video, I think the "good stuff" starts around the 20 minute mark.

It might be the urinary tract infection. Some time ago I used to go to the bathroom every 40 minutes, which was very socially uncomfortable for me because I was going to a class at that time. Some people recommend cranberry juice but it had not worked for me. The issue disappeared when I got candida under my control.
