I have seen it happen often that when a person engages any outside activities they tend to be dehydrated. And that causes the blood flow to be restricted. So drink water. This is especially true as you get older. The headaches is usually caused by high ORP. To lower ORP take apple cider vinegar and baking soda. The other is lime juice and baking soda mentioned in some details in my pH book. The headaches is caused by three things in your case lack of blood flow, potassium deficiency, and vitamin C deficiency. So take vitamin C and headaches usually go away within 24 hours and 500 mg four times a day. Potassium deficiency reduced in 5 minutes but non chloride only. There are dietary restrictions also no ice cream, chocolates, cocao, cheese, msg and artificial sweeteners especially aspartame and sucralose. There is more remedies but because of the largely regulated medicine I cant mention further. If it was unregulated as the telecommunications and airline industry our medical industry would be advanced as the iPhones we have today.
