I can well identify with your hair situation as I have had it all my pre menopausal life. As soon as I cleared meno. I developed beautiful hair which people actually commented on. Personally I think it had to with hormones out of balance, that is, previously. Even the hair colouring was exquisite which otherwise women try to achieve at the hair salons.
But because I was teaching yoga for many years, being upside down daily created all new hair which I remember well. I addition as soon as I became a serious aficionado of urine therapy, my hair, though white, was beautiful and thick. So, it is a do it yourself method with the help of a change of hormone system. Never tried a doctor.
Swing your legs over the sofa back rest , curve your spine to fit the fanny into the bottom back rest, open your arms over head, open chest and keeping the chin in, let the head be upside down and release the chin. That helps with more than one concern.
My own long time yoga teacher lost all her hair after child birth and it never came back. Another yoga student of mine and her daughter are loosing all their hair and I think it is hormonal but doctors and their steroids just cost money with no results. There must be an answer though.
