What can help gas and bowel movements after eating

Posted By Daniel (New Jersey) on 06/03/2015

I'm male, 25 and immediately after meals or maybe within an hour or 2 I have gas and a bowel movement. Sometimes I have 3 or 4 a day. I've tried probiotics, digestive enzymes and apple cider vinegar (amongsr other things) but nothing seems to help. I don't eat a lot of dairy or gluten and I'm not allergic to any foods. Can anybody help? Please and thank you!!!

D: Looks like it will be necessary to do some Colon Cleanses. There are many different ones but they all good, it's simply a matter of which one (protocol) works best in your case.

If these cleanses do not cure you, it will be necessary to do other cleanses like "parasite cleanse" and "gallbladder cleanse". Also, you might have liver disease (which usually contaminates the digestive system). If you have a low tolerance for pharmaceutical meds or alcohol drinks, this is a sign of liver problems.

Hello Daniel,

About the rapid bowel movements quickly after eating...

You mention immediately/ or within 2 hours you have gas and then a BM.

Well....do you know that some people pay lots of money to have ANY kind of BM...with such speed and regularity. But I take it that you don't think you are getting good digestion. By "gas" you must mean a lot of gas.

Often the above two problems are because the foods you eat are not compatible with your metabolism and body type. I cannot eat most beans for that very reason. A microscopy expert put me through a battery of food tolerance tests and limited what I should be eating. Many foods I simply cannot tolerate. If you took such a test you might find that limiting what you are eating might eliminate excess gas and also somewhat improve the digestive process.

Certain items high on the "most likely suspects" list are: Beans; white potatoes; white rice; white breads; meats with hormones including chicken; sugars; many fermented items such as wines etc....but the list is specific for each person. So don't take my list as gospel.

There were plenty of surprises for me...Lentils are on the "no" list but split green peas are fine. Remember the list is for me...not saying these are the things you should avoid. PTL that sweet potatoes are ON the list.
