Dear Mamta,
I would try a bit of tea tree essential oil in some extra virgin coconut oil applied topically twice a day for at least a week and see if that helps.
I would do 10 drops of tea tree in 1 Tablespoon of Coconut oil (Mix it up and then use a Q-tip to apply it, or a very clean finger and then wash it afterwards.)
Coconut Oil alone may work. But don't use tea tree straight on the mouth on a child.
If that does not work, there are other things to try; this is just what I would try first.
