What Can Be Used As a Sweetener Instead of Artificial Ones?

What am I going to do? After reading all about artificial sweeteners. I went in the kitchen and threw out a new box of equal and all other product that I had that contained it. I have a lot of the thing U listed. I have been wondering why I haven't been able to weight. I thought it was just because I was getting older. I really have a big dilemma. I am diabetic I'm not supposed to add sugar to anything, I won't ever use aspartame again and I'm not crazy about honey. now what? please help......max
