What Can Be Taken Internally to Prevent Contact Dermatitis

Has anyone ever found anything to take internally that helps contact dermatitis? My doctor has given me prednisone by prescription but it really lowers the immune system so I only use it when everything else fails and my dermatitis is extremely bad and won't go away. I wondered if there was anything natural to take to help keep the dermatitis away.

Hi Pina ~ with contact dermatitis I think staying away from the irritant is key; perhaps an immune boosting supplement would help as well, but no contact with what irritates your skin is #1, in my opinion.
