I tried everything. I normally eat a clean diet including gluten free and a good amt. of water. A HUGE improvement, cutting out ALL caffeine. Was only drinking 1-2 cups daily of green tea or occasional decaf. coffee. When I say huge I'm saying at least 70% improvement in the appearance after two weeks off. Went back on it and was back to worse after two days. Everyone is different but... Worked for me :D
