Muscle Weakness At Night - Mystery Diagnosis

Posted By Andrea (Perth) on 11/15/2022

Hello,

I’m a 70 year old female with under-active thyroid and Hashimotos. Once I lie down in bed after a short while, my blankets are so heavy I can hardly turn over. I feel very weak. This problem goes through the night it’s like I’m very stiff and weak. Not sure what may be causing it??

I’ve looked on earth clinic but can’t see anything. I can’t get a diagnosis. Dr just says it’s age related. I do have arthritis in my hips. Hope you may have some ideas as to what it could be.

Kind Regards
Andrea

One thought I had while reading your post was that there could be a smart electric meter outside your bedroom wall. if so, move to the other side of the house for comfort. I'm sensitive to EMF radiation and notice that my whole body becomes stiff when close to a smart meter. I pray this helps you. Love, Marie

Dear Andrea,

I do not know the reason why you have weakness at night it could be due to side effects of vaccine adjuvant, medication you take or have taken in the past (Thyroxine, Cytomel, Metformin, antibiotics, steriods), allergic or auto-immune reaction, inflamation caused by processed food, food additives, GMO (grains, corn, rice, soybeans, ect., ) Glusophate (pesticides), environmental toxicity, sugar, alcohol, dairy, fried food, hydrologized oils, reduction of hormone levels, electromagnetic waves from nearby cellphone tower, smart meter, wifi, cell phone or natural aging process.

Regardless of the reason for the weakness here are some actions you can take to improve your health right away.

Get wild, organic powders from trusted vendor of: amla (green gooseberry), holy basil, tumeric, black pepper, green tea, black cumin, bitter apricot kernal, milk thisle, ginger root, dandelion root and fingerroot. Add 1 tablespoon each amla and green tea with 1 teaspoon each all other powders except black pepper only use 1/3 teaspoon to 2 liters of water plus a tablespoon of raw honey and teaspoon of organic unsulphered molasses. Drink 1 liter upon waking on empty stomach as hot tea and the remaing liter throughout the day.

Sit outside every morning 30 minutes before sunrise to 1 hour after sunrise with skin exposed and barefeet resting directly on the earth/ground/grass. Do this without applying sunscreen.

Stop eating all inflamation creating foods (gluten, dairy, soy, alcohol, caffeine, tomato, potato, eggplant, nuts, eggs, sugar, fried foods, processed foods and adopt an auto-immune protocal diet. Eat more berries, leafy vegetables, fruits, avocados, herbs and Salmon.

30 minutes after breakfast take 2000 mg Vit C, methylated B Vit Complex, Selenium, Zinc, Magnesium, probiotic kefer, and drink one liter of + 8 pH water Iceland is best one I have found (blue and red label).

At lunch time drink or eat organic, grass fed, open pasture beef, sheep, goat or chicken bone broth soup with added broccoli, califlower, carrots, turnips, radish, beets, garlic, onion, ginger, lemon peal, rosemary, thyme, tarragon and/or basil.

Midway between lunch and dinner drink one 12 oz glass of water with a teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt stirred in.

Before bed take 8000 IU's Vit D3 with K2 this will help you sleep and balance hormones.

Remove all electronic devices and cell phones chargers from bedroom, turn off wifi while you sleep, cover smart meter with several layers of aluminum foil. unplug electronics in the bedroom while you sleep.

Prayer and fasting are most important. I have fasted many times and found it resets the body by high production of growth hormones and getting rid of diseased cells.

I sincerely hope you will try some of these simple solutions as I have and I believe if you do your health will improve to the point that you will no longer require medical treatments. For more detail please visit the links below:
