My 23 year old daughter was plagued with this for a year. I wrote about her battle with this quite awhile ago. I have always been a person who has gone the natural paths and have raised my kids that way but in this instance she had her own ideas. As an adult, she has that right but I watched the drs. give her one antibiotic after another! It was crazy- my thought being, if they work then why did she have 4 rounds of them, all different types?! I asked her to pose that question to her dr. who of course made the excuse up that they weren't the "right" one. I watched her suffer and she wanted none of my advice. She was scared because the dr. told her that if she didn't take the antibiotics she would become so sick she would end up harming her lungs and then would need surgery.
One day she broke down in tears when I went into her room, finding her in bed. She begged me to help her. One of the things I told her was she needed to get rid of all dairy from her diet. Then, we needed to bring her body back into balance because antibiotics destroy the natural balance. We need that so our body can fight on our behalf. She promised to listen to my advice and she not only got over it but, has not been sick again for a year and 2 months now! Remember, before that she struggled with this for a year. She has not needed any medication since. She continues to be healthy, strong and full of energy. So, yes you can survive without antibiotics as long as you restore your body's balance so it can combat germs and toxins on your behalf.
I hope this restores hope in you. Lisa
