Wants natural treatments for pcos and fibroidsPosted By Karam (India) on 11/07/2014
i am suffering from Polycystic ovary syndrome and multiple fibroids and one is in 6 cm long in uterus inside and outside.doctors advise me hysteroscopy .I am also suffering from endometriosis and too much leucorrea.
i took so many medication but it is not resolving issue but making more worse. I am always in too much pain in lower abdomen and pelvic pressure. I read so many testimonials and got confused about how to take Apple Cider Vinegar and molasses. My stomach is always burning as I was diagnosed acid reflux.
Please advise I would like to try the natural treatment as so many people getting benefits from these but I do not know the dosage and what else I can do to stay away from surgery and live normal life.
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You could try 1 Tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar in 8 ounces of water once a day. Adding 1/4 teaspoon baking soda makes it less acidic tasting. At some point you could try the above twice a day. But I would start with once a day. This may also help your reflux. If you find it helpful, go ahead and take it twice a day.
Also, you can try 1 Tablespoon of Blackstrap Molasses once a day. Many find a lot of help with just that amount.
Be sure to get plenty of water or herbal tea each day. Avoid a lot of carbonated drinks and a lot of coffee.
Fresh air and sunshine daily and some exercise are also great for almost everything.
Let us know how you are doing. I hope you feel much better soon.

I had the symptoms return a couple of years ago. I did the iodine protocol for something else and found it also worked for the pcos and endometriosis. Lack of iodine has been found to cause fibroids and also fibrocystic breast. India's soil is deficient in iodine as is ours here in Australia. I'm sorry I can't post a link my pendo but if you search "The Iodine Protocol" you should find it. You do need the co nutrients they also suggest. All the best on your journey to health, God bless
