Other than working out , any suggestions on how to keep my stomach flat? I'm vegan and it seems like some of raw veggies cause major bloating. Please help

Hi Charlene,

Though I can't speak from experience, I've read a lot of good things about probiotics being great for both gas and for keeping the stomach flat.

Hi Charlene from Ga ... A great way to keep your stomach flat is to drink lots of water. This is in combination with a healthy lifestyle, and you don't need to overdo it at all.

I have found personally drinking water keeps me not only fit, and healthy but clear headed and feeling good. I carry a 50cl/500ml bottle of water around with me and drink at least 2 of those throughout the day. If you do not like the taste of water, I suggest adding slices of fresh cucumber or pieces of apple, or a slice of orange .. whatever your taste preference is.

Charlene, charcoal tablets should help. I'm veg and they work for me. You can purchase them at most health food stores and they are not expensive. Hope this helps.
