Uterine Polyp

Posted By Mp (Belleville Mi) on 10/21/2013

Wondering what the cause of a uterine polyp is....and I believe it's causing infertility. I would like to have it go away on it's own rather than have it surgically removed as my doctor suggested. I am a married woman of 6 years, and about to be 36 years young. I think my doc is in a hurry since I'm this "old" and want to have babies, but I'd rather take an extra couple months and even out hormones, or solve the problem a more natural, and gentler way. Any suggestions are welcome.

Also, I have been taking maca root powder, and fertility blend supplements that GNC sells. I believe both have been helping.

Dear Mp,

I don't blame you for wanting to avoid surgery for your polyps.

If it were me, I would try three things - Charcoal Poultices, Blackstrap Molasses, and Apple Cider Vinegar.

Activated charcoal has cured all kinds of tumors, growths, etc. On the Earth Clinic Activated charcoal page, look for "How to Make A Charcoal Poultice." You can then put one on your abdomen, over you uterus, cover with plastic and then use an ace bandage to attach it to yourself. Try this overnight at least 3 nights a week. I would do that for at least a month and see if it is helping. You can reuse the poultice for a few nights--each morning, remoisten it and keep it in the refrigerator until you need it again.

Take 1 Tablespoon of Blackstrap Molasses daily. Some put it in milk or coffee. Some take it right off the spoon.

Take 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 oz. of water once or twice a day. (You might start with 1 teaspoon and work up to 1 Tablespoon over a week or two.)

Please keep us posted on how you are doing! You are indeed young at 36. I have had four children since I was your age! (I am 46 now.)
