Doctors Unable to find Cause of Vertigo, Need Natural Remedy SuggestionsPosted By Steve (Seattle) on 11/04/2015
I was reading about how wonderful Coconut oil has been for many different issues. Does anyone know if it might help with vertigo? If not, does anyone know of other natural remedies that might be helpful? Since there are so many different things that can cause vertigo symptoms this is a pretty broad request. Any proven help is appreciated.

Many years ago, after 3 months of antibiotics with no relief...vertigo had me down. A friend suggested Lysine & Vit. C at 1000mg, each...taken hourly for 3 doses, then every 3 hours till relief. It was evening and the health food store was closed so I went to the drugstore and bought the store brand L-Lysine at 500mg...I popped one on the ride home...after 3 months I was desperate! Things changed quickly and I was feeling some relief from 30min. on!! Within 2 days of the Lysine & Vit.C at 3 x a day it was over. Hasn't returned in 30+ years :)
I have passed this story on to 4 friends with Vertigo over the years. Two found relief within a couple of days and the other two took up to 2 weeks. I do not know faithful ANY of the 4 were to the protocol but all were happy with their results. This protocol is highly effective with pathogenic conditions throughout the body...alas, not all Vertigo is pathogenically induced.
Hope this works for you now...and again...to cope with whatever pathogens life throws your way.

I also have a problem with debilitating vertigo. I've seen 2 ENT's, a neurologist, a vestibular therapist, 2 chiropractors and my endocrinologist about it. No one knows what's causing it. Yesterday I just found out about someone curing his vertigo by following a low histamine diet. I've been reading up these past two days and have just started today.
