Posted By Ash (London, England) on 11/29/2011

Hi,

I am Type 2 Diabetic and take Metformin and Januvia. I also take high blood pressure tablets. I have to pass Urine 2-3 times a night and am looking for cure - it is disturbing my sleep and affecting my health.

I also have to go URGENTLY during the day and cannot hold it for long which makes me very uncomfortable every time I go out - any suggestions will be welcome.

Thanks and God Bless,

Ash

The low carb diet cures type 2 diabetes. When the fat is burnt off the insulin cells, they reactivate. Also the risk factor for heart problems diminish as the fat around the heart gets burnt off. Even after weight gain after the recomended 16 weeks on the diet. the insulin cells stay activated.

Iodine would be the one for diabetes, hypothyroidism and even the high blood pressure. http://iodine4health.com/overviews/clinicians/blaylock_clinician.htm

Take also selenium, magnesium and vit c (not sure if they were the only ones) if you supplement with iodine as is recommended elsewhere here.
