Perhaps magnesium would help. Try a foot bath with epsom salts to see if it helps the twitching.Replied by Carolyn (Michigan ) on 09/13/2017
I have had eye twitching as well and I always find that it is after I have something sweet or my diet has been extremely poor. I take a B50 complex vitamin a few times a day in addition to a good multivitamin with minerals. I never tried the magnesium but I would imagine that would be a great benefit. Next time I'll try to add that as well.
