My question since I just found this wonderful page with amazing information, can turpentine be given to a dying patient in his last stages in palliative care? My relative is eating very little and drinking very little.

Yes, you can use turpentine, but may get a detox. Fenbendazole and Ivermectin may be easier to take. Look at Dr. Makis' substack for doses or you can look at mycancerstory.rocks for Joe Tippen's recovery. You can take more fenben than he did.
