I have had gout for the past 4 years and its has always been on my left toe/heel/knee. This time round, after the ACV, It came on my right heel! I started to add about 3/4 tsp of baking soda in the middle of the day to try and stop the attack. As things started to go downhill, I got hold of some tart cherry juice and added that to the mix. It came to a point where I didn't have enough hours in the days to fit in all the different fluids. (The cherries didn't help but I'm persevering! )
Tested my urine with ph strips and it's been around 7 throughout. Pseudo gout? My doctor tested the blood and said uric acid level was on the higher side (8.5).
Well I was hoping to get the miraculous cure/relief that I read so much about and though the peak of attack has past, I am still in pain and hobbling around with my walking stick.
I would like to ask as I read elsewhere that while the body is ridding itself of the uric acid crystals, the body's immune system reacts by responding in the same way as it does with an initial attack. Has anyone experienced the same or is there any truth in this?? because I don't know if mine is the case of the coming or going! Thanks!!

Hi Alfie, Try DMSO 80%. With cotton paint the area with DMSO and you should get the relief. Also it has been observed that people having gout are deficient in Magnesium so you can mix Magnesium oil with DMSO and apply or you can take some Magnesium oil internally. This should give you relief.
