What Surgery Should I Opt For With Triple-Negative Breast Cancer?

Triple negative breast cancer:

Large tumor did not spread to lymph nodes, aggressive type of breast cancer and can be hard to treat, also known to return within five years!!

I'm requesting info in regards to which type of surgery to have once I'm finished w chemotherapy. Lumpectomy vs mastectomy vs double mastectomy?? Then to follow up n finish w radiation therapy.
