Prostate Question, I need help

Hey guys im 23yrs old and over this last summer i had a urinary tract infection. I went on 2 courses of antibiotics and got rid of the infection but still had the symptoms. So my doctor sent me to a urologist and I did every test imaginable. He said everything felt fine and everything looked great from my CT scan. But i still get an annoying dribbling after I pee and have frequent pelvic pain. This feeling really disocourages me. I have gone to accupunture and has helpt some but I always wind up back to feeling terrible again. Right now im taking some prostate health pill that contains saw pawmetto and nettele root and i am also taking a probiotic. But like I said I still have these symptom. Can someone educate me more on some more possibilities.

Thank You for whatever consideration you can give to me,
Steve

To Stephen from Bronx NY:

You may have Bacterial Prostatitis. It causes pain in the prostate and also can cause swelling, which will lend itself to pain from bowel movements and/or urine in the bladder. From what I read online about it, it takes 4-6 weeks of strong antibiotics, so maybe the antibiotics you took for a UTI did not do the trick. Now I self diagnosed the condition and have fought off bouts of it (seemingly) with lots of ACV and lemon juice- trying to make my urine acidic when I thought I had a UTI. Hope this offers some guidance.
