Has anyone experienced loss of taste and smell after using over the counter nasal spray decongestant for several days? It has been several months since I experienced this loss. I am a 67 year old female in good health. Any suggestions on what I can do to recover the joy of tasting my first cup of coffee or the smell of fresh baked bread? Thank you.

The body uses a lot of zinc to shore up the immune system and you may have a deficiency causing loss of taste and smell. Blessings, Charity
