Remedies Needded

Posted By Line (Newwark, New Jersey) on 04/30/2015

I had a filling 14 months ago in a lower molar, since then I have been dealing with that tooth being sensitive. But a week ago I started to have pains that come and go and my gum is kind of itchy in that area. I saw a dentist, he said that my nerves are infected due to the loose filling. She prescribed me amoxicilin to prevent the infection from spreading and tylenol for the pain and recommand a root canal. I really don't wish to do the root canal and I don't want to extract the tooth either. I Wonder if there is a way to treat the infection and replace the filling without doing the root canal.
