Tongue Causing Bad Breath

my condition is that from the middle till the back of my tongue is very rough. And everytime that I eat something it is like coating the tongue. What could I do to get rid of this, because it's the cause me having bad breath. I clean my tongue everyday and brush my teeth very well, but this problemm won't let me go.

You should be able to buy something to clean your tongue from the chemist like a paste type thing... I use an oral gel which is excellent and contains miconazole.
