I cannot find here or other sited help re a damaged large toe nail bed. It grows out thick and then basically falls off.. I was told by my ND that the nail bed is damaged after a person stepped back on onto my foot.. this nail has grown out 2 x and just comes out damaged dark thick and what I can see now after the next year it too will just come off and it stats all over again.. It was suggested to massage the nail bed area again done with Oregano and or Tea tree oils BUT nil change...????
