I would like to know if you could possibly help me with the problem of Tinnitis ringing in the ears? This problem has gotten worse as time goes on sometimes the ringing is so loud I can not hardly hear when people are talking to me and of course i've had hearing tests and been to ENT all checks out. Still the noise persists any input or help you can offer will be greatly appreciated Thank You, J. R. Smith

J. R. Smith, Melatonin has shown itself to be helpful in alleviating tinnitus from multiple causes and might be worth considering:

If you are taking things like ibuprofen at high dosages on a regular basis, that can be a cause of tinnitus as can many prescribed drugs. If you are currently taking any prescription meds, try researching them for tinnitus as a potential side effect.

Melatonin can increase glutathione as can n acetyl cysteine (nac) and nac alone or in conjunction with acetyl l carnitine can also be helpful for tinnitus of varying causes:

Good luck and well wishes. Art
