I have had ringing in my ears for a few years. I have constant mucous in my ears and my voice is nasally like there is an echo in my ear. I hear a forest insects sound and sometimes it gets worse at night. People find it hard to hear me especially in crowded places and the tinnitus is affecting my confidence as I avoid speaking out. I would be thankful for remedies and suggestions. I do have migraines about 2 or 3 times a month sometimes less. Also I lived in a very damp and draughty house for years...
