Hello,

My mother is Hypothyroid. A big part of her thyroid gland has been removed 25 years ago and there is only a little piece left.

She wants to supplements herself with B-12 and B-6, asocorbic acid, zinc, magnesium. What to do?

To include all the nutrients in your list plus many others that are beneficial to the entire body is a high quality Multivitamin/Mineral With Whole Foods supplement. This covers the basics for good health plus a good diet & lifestyle.

For Thyroid health specifically, take extra Iodine, Tyrosine, and Coconut Oil. You may also consider Raw Bovine Thyroid Tissue (Throxine Free) to help rebuild that gland, although for best results one would also need to do Growth Hormone Therapy.

For best results of Zinc & Vit-C, take these as a Lozenge supplement that will go directly to the thymus & Thyroid glands and improve their function.

The docs told her to avoid walnuts because of the higher iodine they contain. How about synthetic multivitamins? I got right now ascorbic acid powder, magnesium chloride, b-6, b-12 1000mcg lozenges.
