If I were you I wouldn't pay attention to your CD4s or your viral load. Mine was on the 300s 5 years ago and I have never been sick. You can have a CD count of 1 and still be healthy, or have a count of 1400 and feel very sick.
Do you have any health issues aside from alleged bad lab exams? If so focus on them one by one, treat them naturally if possible. It you are very sick you must seek medical attention, but just be careful about taking medication for an extended period of time.
