Thin hair and receding hairline in young woman

Posted By Ab (Earth) on 05/17/2014

hi I am 27 year old female, I have noticed hair fall since a year, my hair fall is now a bit under control but since past 5-6 months I am noticing that my hairline from the temporal region is receding, first from the left side now the right side too. Also my hair has thinned out. I had blood tests and my hormones and thyroid profile done, all came out normal, but this hair line receding is so depressing, it makes me look older . I was told this is not the male pattern hair loss in female .

is there any remedy to grow the hair back on front and stop this hair fall

Ab: Rapid hair loss could be a sign of serious illness. For improved detox take a women's whole food multivitamin w/minerals and enzymes, plus extra Biotin (the hair vitamin). NAC greatly improves any toxicity issues (are you taking any prescription or otc meds that are toxic???). Oil Pulling is very good body cleanser. Epsom Salts foot baths are very good for skin, hair, and nails issues plus detox improvement.

thank you Timh , but I am already taking multi vitamins . I will try epsom salt foot bath , but I ususally scrub my whole body with epsom salt during shower. I am not taking any medications . I did oil pulling for some while but I was getting a bad throat repeatedly so I left , I will try to start it again .

I sometimes get a sore throat fallowing Oil Pulling due to toxicity issues, so I always take a spoon of Baking Soda/Sea Salt mixed in water afterwards which usually cleanse appropriately; if not I drink some Colloidal Silver and all is well. Do take therapeutic doses of Biotin as it will increase hair growth. Maybe some digestive or absorptions issues; have you any digestive symptoms? Maybe some infection or immune issues. Try taking some Garlic Oil soft-gels rotated w/ Oregano soft-gels for possible infection. Maybe switch vitamin brand for better results. Liver disease is often associated w/ hair loss.

Did the hormone test you took include HGH or Human Growth Hormone??? 1 grm GABA before retiring will stimulate HGH release from the Pituitary up to 40%.

First try a good health food store brand multi. Most mass market otc multi's are manufactured by big pharma and are very poorly absorbed. I have found, among this category only one brand worth the money and that's NatureMade. For improved digestion do the garlic oregano I mentioned for 1 wk then add probiotics (once first thing in the morning). If you do have infection you will also have acidosis. Look here on E.C. for ACV and other alkalizing remedies. Taking a Digestive Enzyme supplement along w/ meals & multi will also help absorption.

About ten yrs ago I had the same rapid hair loss as you described and it stemmed from one single nutrient deficiency ---Vit-D. If you are not an outdoor person and you have digestive issues (whereby your not assimilating the D in the multi), then a Vit-D deficiency is very likely. Get outdoors and get some good sunshine to raise your D.

Good luck and let us know how your doing.
