I do not drink coffee, dark teas, or colas, so I'm not sure what is causing the stains. I brush with home-made tooth powder that includes walnut hull powder, horsetail for silica, xylitol, baking soda and sea salt. I floss with the type of floss that is kind of fluffy, hoping it will scrub the surfaces better. I brush and floss every single time after I eat or drink anything but water. I also use a water-flosser with some peroxide in it twice a day. Still, I get these stains. Any suggestions to prevent the teeth stains and any further damage?

Mouth injuries can leave iron stains from blood products. (hemosiderin)
I use apo-lactoferrin, without iron, to remove them. ( jarrow's and life extension makes them)
I take a capsule a day and also brush my teeth with it, off and on. It's a bit gummy, but ok.
It will turn a pinkish brown color from chelating the iron from the teeth and gums.
Spit that out.
Apo-lactoferrin can cause nerve sensitivity if calcium intake is low. Calcium protects nerves.
