Suggestions needed regarding muscle pain

Posted By Petunia (Seattle, Wa) on 01/07/2011

For almost 4 years I have been dealing with muscle spasms/pain in the right thoracic area.Originally the cycling spasms were brought on by repetitive use of my right arm, eating, picking berries, playing a board game, etc. But have advanced to almost constant pain. I am fine in the morning... No pain, but after a couple of hours it starts in for the day. This has become so bad it is debilitating and I am just worn out. I have been to a least 10 practitioners over three years, spine specialist, chiropractor, physical therepy, vitamin/mineral suppliments, acupuncture, etc. etc. This fall I went to a pain management clinic and had numerous cortisone shots in my spine with no help. I have now been prescribed narcotic pain tablets which I try to take only one midday, I do not want to depend on these.

Today I went to a neorosurgeon and he couldn't find anything. Other than this I am in very good health, 67 years old but feel and act much younger. I have spent hours... Days, studying on the internet to find a cause and relief. Does anyone on this site have any suggestions, could it be in the fascia? Thank you.

Hi Petunia,
I would suggest you go to the place at: 5800 Soundview Drive Gig Harbor, WA 98335 (253) 576-8278
If that is close to you. Ask them if they do "Body Alignment Technique". If they do, then that is great! I really think that would help you. I do not know these people, but specifically ask them for the above quote, if they don't do it, then search on the internet for someone that does it close to you. I think that would really help you - and probably heal you!!

Petunia, I wish I could tell you what it is. All I can say is that if no one can find anything, you may have food allergies or your colon is blocked, which can totally affect your nerve endings.

Start by cutting out all wheat from your diet. If your colon walls are lined with wheat, no vitamins or minerals can pass through to your body, keeping your immune system in a state of shock trying to keep up...

To cleanse your colon, here's your cocktail.... Mix 2 shots of bentonite clay, with a few cups of aloe vera juice, a splash of just cranberry, & a shot of organic apple cider vinegar and the rest water. Drink it with a few fiber capsules (I like Fiber Fusion) a few Super Primrose Capsules and 4 Swiss Kriss tablets. Drink it at night b4 bed for 3 days & try to eat mostly vegetables, preferably raw & no sugar. Then continue to drink the vinegar a few drops in a glass of water 20 minutes before meals.

Or start taking enzymes (my favorite are at e3live.Com). Make sure to start your day with plain yogurt and eat lots of garlic. These two things will scare the excess yeast out of your body which clings to the wheat in your colon and feeds on it as it grows and takes over the body. Get rid of the yeast, begin to heal! After a few weeks if you start to feel better, you can introduce whole grain wheat back into your diet and see if you can handle it. Just make sure you are getting enough good fiber from leafy greens to push it through. & when in doubt, you can always have the cocktail, with or without the Swiss Kriss or the fiber caps. And it never hurts to rub iodine solution on your wrists, it's called Iodine Painting, it's as old as the hills and it really helps some people heal quickly because they are iodine deficient. Good Luck!!
