Suggestions needed for gout after first attack

I got my first gout attack. I want to try ACV but I have an extra-sensitive stomach that burns when I use vinegary salad dressings. Any suggestions?

Tart cherry juice works wonders for gout. In fact, many doctors recommend it. You can find it at places like GNC or at The Vitamin Shoppe.

Cherry juice is a wonderful and natural cure for gout. The anti-inflammatories don't work as well and have side effects. Also, avoid the "richmans diet" of steak/asparagaus/red wine or any rich foods that set the gout off.

I swear by the cherry juice or fresh in the summer...

I experienced pain reduction in hours and total relief in 2 days.

God Bless.

Do a web search using the words "Gout" and "Baking Soda Cure".

It was a miracle the last time my husband had gout. What normally takes days was almost completely resolved in a little over 24 hours using baking soda.

Best of luck, gout is awful.

Carly
